Feed wheel tensioner for use on flat surfaces, with unlimited take-up. Available for standard packages up to 3/4" wide and high tension up to 1-1/4" wide.
Push type tensioner for use on round or irregular shaped packaging.
Windlass tensioner for heavy duty applications, as in rail car loading. The strap passes through a slotted drum for heavy tension.
Combination Tools tension, seal and cut the strap all in one operation.
Pneumatic Tools for tensioning and sealing high volume production applications, increasing overall productivity.

Sealers

Standard Duty Double Notch Sealers are used with feed wheel tensioners or regular surfaces.
Standard Duty Single Notch Sealers are use with push type tensioners on round shaped packaging.
HEAVY DUTY SEALERS are used with high tensile strapping. Notch up sealers are used with push or thread on seals. Notch down sealers are used with most other seals. Side action and front action sealers are available.

Dispensers

Plastic Strapping Tools

  • Optional two tool system consisting of separate windless tensioner and sealer in conjunction with a metal seal.
  • Use a serrated metal seal when high tension is required.
  • For repetitive packaging applications a combination battery tool is ideal for a consistent tight load. The advancement in technology of these tools is capable of tensioning, sealing and cutting even the most heavy duty PET strapping applications.
